JW Kenyon Construction Ltd built our new house in 2019/2020. It’s on a sea front location in Lytham, Lancashire. We love living here in our beautifully built house.

It’s a detached house measuring approximately 3850 square feet in total (358 square meters). The construction was a very complex build, especially the extremely complicated roof detail.

JW Kenyon started the job in October 2019 and finished building the shell in March 2020 despite some very adverse weather conditions. At all times during the build, Jimmy liaised with the architect and structural engineer in his extremely knowledgeable and professional manner. Indeed, when I met the structural engineer on-site at the pre-plastering stage, he said to me that JW Kenyon’s standard is the best he had ever seen.

Their build quality and attention to detail are outstanding. They also have a team of quality competent sub-contractors. Jimmy is also very personable and approachable, and he made the whole project seamless. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any future projects.
